Adult classes

 The purpose of my adult forest school classes is three fold. 1) To connect us to the land and give us a sense of place and community 2) Re-teach adults how to play and how adult play differs a bit from how we played as children. 3) To re-wylde and help heal our souls, by building up our emotional intelligence and boosting our self worth with the support of nature and a bit of earth magic and encouraging self reflection to learn along the way. 

These half day sessions get us rolling in the snow, laughing till our bellies ache, and using our imaginations to explore and connect to the world around us.

 Every season I will be doing an Adults camp to rekindle the fun that can be had with each season. Come throw leaves into the wind, build sculptures with snow, blow dandelions, and much more. Come reignite the inner child by playing, laughing and of course crafting with other like minded souls.  

 A big piece of Soul Coaching ®, and one I am a big proponent of, is Wylde-Crafting with intention. Crafting, by definition, is creating something with our hands, to give something form. There are many creative projects that can help us reclaim our truth, discover our passions, and that help us to just plain fall in love with ourselves again. These fun and insightful classes are short half day programs are just the ticket to help us get out of a funk, and back on track. We Craft to help us unlock the hidden parts of ourselves and get reacquainted with our inner wylde selves.
